1. Tinder? More like WINNED HER…heart <3

At one of our recent shows, we were lucky enough to have the amazing Menglin and Ranika join us - two baddies who actually BOTH WORKED AT TINDER.

Together we reviewed audience-submitted profiles and they gave extremely helpful feedback!

Don’t fact check me but I think they were both CEO? Look at them GLOWING

This obviously took some vulnerability on the part of our greater community, so we want to thank everyone who submitted themselves for this exercise!

No sunglasses in profiles, for example. Whoda thunk!

And, hey, that includes our fuckboys!

Surprise! A familiar face popping up

Thank you to Grant, one of our returning fuckboys, for his continued vulnerability and willingness to roast himself. (“Short term fun” on his profile really got me).

2. Life Updates

Q. Andie, how’s dating going for you?

A. I think it’s a little worrisome how much I fall for a guy if I see ONE VERY SPECIFIC character trait on his profile. I asked Val what she thought it would be and she said, “Oh, like an olive oil startup guy who wears Converse and knows a lot about the ancient history of yogurt in Bulgaria?”

That’s a pretty perfect guess, but recently it’s been men who put on their profile that they throw themed parties! I just feel like I instantly connect with someone way more if I know they’re also down for stupid shenanigans and to dress up and be silly.

That being said, the times I’ve matched with these guys it hasn’t necessarily gone anywhere too quickly. Maybe Val’s pitch above is a better move…
